Setup Instructions

• Vendors can set up booths between 8AM and 10AM on Saturday, June 14th, 2025. Early or late arrivals may not be accommodated.
• Booth locations will be assigned by festival organizers. We will make every effort to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee specific placements.
• Tear down can begin after the festival concludes.
• All booths must be completely removed by 8PM, June 14th, 2025. Vendors must dispose of all trash from booth operations.

Health Department Requirements (For Food Vendors)

• All food vendors must comply with all applicable City & County health department regulations.
• A copy of your current food handler's permits must be available upon request.
• On-site handwashing facilities are required.
• Food must be stored and prepared in a sanitary manner. Temperature control for potentially hazardous foods is mandatory.

Fire Safety

• Food preparation vendors are required to have a fire extinguisher readily accessible in their booth.

Allergy Warnings

• Vendors are responsible for clearly labeling all food items with potential allergens (e.g., nuts, gluten, dairy).
• Please be prepared to answer questions from attendees regarding ingredients and potential allergens.

Registration Fee:

• The registration fee for each vendor is $50.00. This fee must be submitted with your application.
• Registration fee is due by Friday, March 14th, 2025.
  

Insurance:

• Vendors are encouraged (but not required) to carry general liability insurance. It is highly recommended to protect yourself against potential liabilities.
  

Agreement:

By signing below, I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the George Washington Carver Center Foundation of Victoria, including setup instructions, health department requirements, and fire safety regulations. I also acknowledge my responsibility to provide clear allergy warnings for my products. Vendors assume liability for products sold. George Washington Carver Center Foundation of Victoria reserves the right to deny any application.

When you submit your form, a $50 vendor fee will be required, payable via PayPal or Credit Card. Please note that your vendor application will only be considered complete once the payment has been successfully processed.
